Clean your diet
This is the first thing you need to do in order to get six pack abs, no matter how much workout you do, you will not see any results unless you have a clean diet. Six pack isn’t like any other body parts or muscles, to get six pack abs, you need to lower your overall body fat percentage.
Clean diet doesn’t mean that you eat less, you need to have at least 4-5 meals a day. Your meals should include good carbs, natural fats. For more details about what foods you should eat, check out our other post Six-Pack diet plan.
