Six Pack Workout Plan For Beginners and Advanced Trainers
Let’s be honest, most women and men are obsessed with six pack abs. Six pack abs not only makes your overall body look sexy, it’s also a sign of strength and strong core. In this post i will cover some of the most effective abs exercises and workout plan. Now let’s jump right into it.
Best exercises for six pack abs
In order to get great results, we need to be honest with our-self. Discipline and honesty is my first rule when it comes to achieving any fitness goal. Follow this workout plan 3-4 times a week.
1. Ab Wheel Roll-out

This exercise is one of my favorite abdominal exercise as it works all your abdominal muscles, this exercise is great for core strength. Perform 7-10 reps following with 3 sets. Checkout the tutorial for proper form. You can perform this exercise at home or in the gym. All you need is Ab Wheel.
2. Kneeling Cable Crunch

Kneeling Cable Crunch
This particular exercise is recommended by every professional fitness trainer including the Arnold. This exercise is a must if you want those perfect six pack abs. This exercise helps you pop out those abs. Perform 4 sets of 12-15 reps.
3. Swiss Ball Crunch

4. Leg Raise

Haha! This one is tough but totally worth it. Perform 2 or 3 sets following with 8-12 reps. This exercise is very beneficial for your spine as well as removing the fat from your lower body, giving you that v shape.
5. Decline Bench Crunch

Another great exercise for six pack abs, add some weights when performing this exercise for more effectiveness. Perform 3 sets of 10-12 reps.
6. Plank

I perform this exercise everyday, you can do this exercise at home, all you need is a yoga mat and some space. For beginners it can be little hard but, you will start seeing the results within 2 weeks. Perform 3 sets of 20-45 seconds each set.
7. Hanging Leg Raise

Perform this exercise in between other abdominal exercises, 4-5 sets of 12-15 reps. I like to perform it 3 sets of front leg raise and 2 sets of side leg raises and the results are great.
There you go, you don’t need any other exercise, six pack abs isn’t a rocket science. Stick to this ab workout routine and you can see the results yourself.
Clean your diet

This is the first thing you need to do in order to get six pack abs, no matter how much workout you do, you will not see any results unless you have a clean diet. Six pack isn’t like any other body parts or muscles, to get six pack abs, you need to lower your overall body fat percentage.
